In more than 20 years, I have gained a lot of experience in clinical operations. All around processes, (e-) tools, people, teams, institutions, rules, regulations and  do’s and don’ts. I bring this knowledge with me and I am happy to share it while I learn from others at the same time. I believe in development of organizations, teams and individuals. I also believe that this can happen when things are shared and discussed in a constructive way. I am an active ingredient for knowledge sharing and development.

“When a client shares a protocol with me, I can do a selection visit tomorrow.” My life and work experience brought me a great thing;  I’m not afraid of jumping into the deep. I know that I have to understand and own the content of a trial but I also understand how to connect  and communicate with institutions, hospital teams and investigators but also with my client and colleagues. This combination makes that I can be productive for you the next day you bring me on board.

My ability to motivate others and to share my (high) energy with people and organizations is also one of my business cards. As I am very committed to everything I do, this radiates on the people that I work with, on the study site, client side or the inhouse study team. I get a lot of things done from the people that I work with, perhaps because I give that to them from the first moment we connect. 

If we combine these competences , I believe I can be an added value. I have the ability to get things moving, to get things on track. That can be an organization, a study, a study team, a country, an investigator. I can bring movement, progression and development.
